Data processing

Karstoft bogføring is operated by Karstoft Holding ApS for its own bookkeeping only. Karstoft Holding ApS is therefore the data controller for all data the tool handles, and does not act as a data processor for any customer. A separate data processing agreement with customers is not applicable.

Sub-processors used by the controller

• Visma e-conomic – accounting system (under Visma's own data processing terms)
• Enable Banking Oy – read-only bank data
• Google – email (Gmail)
• Anthropic – AI processing (Claude); data not used for model training

Security

API keys are stored in the macOS Keychain, the owner's accounts use two-factor authentication, and all connections use TLS.
