Karstoft bogføring

Karstoft bogføring is a private, internal bookkeeping tool used only by Karstoft Holding ApS for its own accounts. It is not offered, sold or made available to anyone else.

What it does

• Reads the company's own bank transactions (read-only, via Enable Banking).
• Finds the matching receipt for each expense in the owner's own email.
• Creates draft vouchers with the receipt attached in the company's own Visma e-conomic journal. The owner reviews and books every draft; nothing is booked automatically.
• Keeps a local record of which expenses have a receipt and which are missing.

An AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) helps match receipts and suggest accounts. The tool runs on the owner's own computer.
